Toloa Pearl, FNP-BC
Toloa is a 3rd-generation native Coloradoan. She and her husband Jerry have lived in Custer County since 1982 and raised their three children here. Toloa has been in the medical field since 1989 when she became an EMT for the then-volunteer Custer County Ambulance Service. At that time, she was also the emergency dispatcher for Custer County’s first 911 phone system, a volunteer service she provided out of her home. She became a Registered Nurse in 2007 through the University of Southern Colorado and a Family and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2017.
She is a certified injector through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). She has received extensive training in botulinum toxin injection, dermal and smooth PDO fillers, and thread lifts. She is meticulous in her technique and excellence is her standard.
Always looking forward, Toloa plans to implement dermal fillers, microneedling with platelet-rich plasma and microdermabrasion in the near future.
